    Hi Pauline. Thanks again. The lid is not too bad but the entire canopy is pretty darn heavy. :laughing7:

    Thanks Danelle. It's still got work to be done but this is one project I'm really enjoying. I'm on leave on Friday so then I can start spending the time I need to make the finishing touches.

    Thanks for the sketch Barry. That is pretty much what I was thinking for fixing the canopy. I think "L" bar will be better than the flat bar I was thinking of as it will be less likely to warp/bend across the 1.2m length. :icon_thumright:

    Great, that was my thought as well! The 'L' shape actually has very good strength and the aluminium won't rust.

    Thanks very much dude. Now just to sort out the scape and make it worthy of the build. I am leave as of today so hopefully between the house, garden and family I will get to rescape the tank.
