Does anybody know if there is somebody to call to try and speed things up coz this is getting ridiculous.
JP although we had a clearing agent working on clearing the shipment of books, we eventually found out where the books were and went to sort it out ourselves. We did have issues with the customs guys as they wanted bribes but we didn't budge and eventually they released the books later on in the day. I would try find out where the shipment is and go there. Showing them the Fertilizer site will probably help.
