Reformed gearhead

I think a low tech setup is going to suite this tank. I would get a big piece of wood the height of that tank and tie java ferns, moss and Anubias to it. I'm not sure how deep the tank is but you could try vallis and Amazon swords at the base of the wood...they get big.

What's the height of the tank? might be able to help you with a piece of wood and some Anubia...

 

Wood I'm sorted it's busy curing as we speak, I think I'm going to start cycling the water, then plant

 

So still planning the tube. Put this together with some bits I had around..... Will be used as a " let's try tank"

 

Oh and I need grass for ground cover.... Where can I get? Or any other suitable cover.

Found some dwarf hair grass today, like a little bit. I will start dosing this tank and jacking the lights. Hope it works....

 

So been a while. Turned the tube tank into a piranha tank. And bought a nano from here. This is where I'm at

What does it look like right to left, is the slope not a bit much or is that not your viewing corner?
