Ok some good news for a change. All payments have reflected so I will make the order tomorrow and hopefully get it delivered next week.

Man this was a busy afternoon - headed into the jungle right in the middle of town at work - it has a really nice stream running through it. I managed to find a lot of what seems to be Java ferns hugging the trunks of the cycads on the property, picked a lot of hydrocotyle tripartita and some leucocophala. I also found two different types of moss - I am sure the one is Christmas moss and the other may be either spiky or willow moss, I didn't get very much moss as they were growing on a concrete floor and not much soil underneath.

Yeah one of the members had an issue getting an EFT payment over to me - tried 2 times, it wouldn't go through. Stupid FNB - I think apparently there is a problem with the website because the other day I found myself trying to log, only to receive an error. So I refreshed and that seemed to have sorted the problem out. Man, banks can be so stupid when it comes to keeping websites running properly and SECURELY.

    Some good news!!!!

I just paid for the Osmocote after sending a email to the rep to order. Seeing that most couriers don't deliver or if they do, they will charge double the usual price on weekends if I request a weekend delivery.

So the omocote will be coming next week - then the weighing, sorting and packing will start...

LOL and you got to wonder how I am going to carry a 25kg bag from the courier to our bakkie? We needed two people to carry chicken feed, horse feed and cow feed many many moons ago. I could not carry a 25kg bag by myself.

@Pierré Schoonraad you're mad. Dragging will damage the bag and voila osmocote spill. No thanks. I'll get one of my parents to help me.

I have a back problem - old horse riding injury and it's getting worse with age. I"m struggling to get around as it is without wincing in pain. Since the accident, I've stopped riding completely so it's been over 15 years since I got on a horse again.

LOL luckily for me, mine believed in me - long story - my parents were trying to get my diagnosed with a personality or some sort of mental disorder. Turned out he found that I was just eccentric and different from the family. So essentially, I'm the black sheep with the rainbows, pot of gold and leprechauns. I think my parents were trying to make me something they wanted me to be. I was a full-on rebel and still am - only in the right ways. My spiritual journey has changed me for the better and last time I went for an eval, he was very happy with the direction my life took - said I was much happier with myself and that I didn't need anyone, as opposed to the clingy needy person I used to be. And the funny thing is I can't stand certain people - I see through their lies and am very sensitive to things around me. He was very open with it and told me to go with my intuition.

More pics. The sack was to protect the plastic packet that holds the osmocote

Busy weighing and packing into packets. One packet can hold only 1kg.
