@JAX haha no the reason I ask is because I ordered some plants and then did the payment and then I contacted @shihr and he said he would ship the next day (yesterday) for same day delivery but he also said that sometimes they only deliver a day later so that would be today. But on Betterweather it still says that they waiting for payment (from fnb to fnb so payment went in immediately and was confirmed that they received it) and there is no tracking number for me to check where my shipment is. I have not received emails with tracking numbers or anything like that (checked spam also) so as of now I have no idea where my plants are or weather or not they have even been shipped. Im just a bit in the dark here as I have no clue what is happening.
@shihr thanks for contacting me I have contacted the courier and the fault is on there side. The driver is saying that he can not find my street?? iv never had this problem before as its not a hidden street or anything like that. So they are calling the driver now to see why he says he cant find the street.

That sounds like the time they told me they couldn't find my street. Their depot is a couple shops down the road from ours...
this is just another one of those welcome to South Africa moments . When I called them to ask what was going on even the lady that helped me said she cant understand why the driver cant find the street because she was looking at it on google maps and said there is no problem with getting to the street at all. Thankfully I have received the goodies . Thanks @shihr
phew thats good to hear.. believe me, i been complaining. i think they expanded too quickly as well.. things are bit messy at the moment..
