Cool, great to meet you and your bodyguard !

As I'm sure you are aware, the bolbitus needs to be attached to wood or hardscape and not planted in the substrate..

Also your red tiger lotus needs to be strictly trained. As soon as it tries to send up what I call a periscope leaf towards the surface, you need to mow this down so that it rather becomes compact and lives a life well below the surface. :) If you let the pericope scope leaf reach the surface, news quickly spreads and all future leaves do the same. Not all leaves are periscope leaves and most behave themselves at ground zero.

LOL- Thanks Trev. Was so nice to meet you as well. Bolbitus is attached to a nice spider wood i have been curing outside in my emersed setup, or at least an amateur attempt at one. - for about 2 months now. Got the moss to attach nicely. Very chuffed with myself. The soul purpose of the piece was for an bolbitus plant! Mission accomplished.
Love the colour of my lotus, thank you for the tips. Will monitor him closely, -!little chancer.

Ok,ok, will do, but please note that my tank does not come close to some of the awesome tank on this forum.
I am arty in personality so sometime chaos is the most beautiful thing. My little tank reflects that of me...
    So here goes nothing...
