Just bought back 35Kgs of great hardscape between two of us, packed in our hand luggage and in the hold .. amazing what you can deviously get away with, with fake geologist credentials ... was worth the trip, heat and climb
Caught a swarm of bees today ,very ninja. (P.S. I hope they stick around this time, the another swarm packed up and left during the week.)
Re: Stuff that happened to you today but isn't worth a thread So sorry for your loss JP. I know what you're going through. It does get easier with love, support and time!
Hi JP My wife and I lost our first at 8wks but only discovered it at 16wks (called a missed miscarriage - her body never rejected it!). It was a horrible experience which I wouldn't wish on my enemies. Keep strong and look after the missus
+1 I had a "missed" miscarriage between my son and daughter, except mine was only picked up at 10 weeks. I had to wait another 4 weeks before it was made official at 14 weeks. I was later told the baby was a boy. I desperately wanted two sons at the time. Anyway, like I said, it does get easier with time but it is harder on mom. I'm not playing down the pain of loss from the man's side but woman have to deal with the hormones and body changes associated with a pregnancy as well as the emotional loss. So my advice is to really look after your wife and shower her with lots of love and support and I'm sure she will reciprocate it right back to you! To add to my story, I was told I may not be able to conceive again after the miscarriage due to a few complications but a few years later along came my daughter!!!!!
