In grade 10 we did Java projects mainly, we had to make a project for our year end which I did in the form of an aquaculture calculator. :)

I'm actually planning on taking a break from the hobby for a bit for no reasons related to the water restrictions at all, but I'm dreading trying to sell my fish and tank in these conditions as I suspect the market is probably flooded in the Cape Town area with 2nd hand tanks etc... Pardon the pun.

What is actually going on here? I'm intrigued! Are you dripping water from a spray bar? Where's the water level? Looks great.

    Thanks @rsa , @foo ...

Yeah it is a project I started mid year .. done a detailed thread on TASA since that seemed more active at the time ... https://www.tropicalaquarium.co.za/threads/fs-e-im-mersed-tanks.31249/

but in short yeah Eheim canisister driving a spray bar that drops the water onto rocks, the spray then hits all the plants .. first 18cm of the tank is occupied by convicts, rest is all e(im)mersed growth.

So not being a scrap user - does it support threading and archival view of group posts, is it available via anonymous browser queries?

These are the things that make me still reference forums.

If it is more for sales times and notification - I am ok with that not being on a forum.

I still prefer forums. I just use WhatsApp groups for friends or niche topics with people that don't inhabit forums.
