    Hi there people was reading through the topics this morning and saw that it was mentioned that it is difficult to find Seachems Flourite in Cape Town. If any one needs to get there hand on some please let me know in a pm and we can get it for you here in JHB and make a plan to get it to Cape Town. If there is any other products feel free to contact me and I will try and find prising and availability.

    i saw redsea florabase at pet masters in boksburg today, it was pretty expensive at R350 per 5.4kg

    people compare it to ADA aquasoil, but it might start breaking down and turning to mud a bit quicker apparently...

    it is good to see these places starting to cater for the planted tank guys

    I have the red sea in 3 of my tanks
    It's great for planting gloss
    and you don't have problem of having layered substrates getting into your water column.

    I see it's gone up a bit,but it's well worth the cash

    @ algae wizard - how long have you had it? have you had problems with it breaking down and making your water murky if you stir it up a bit?

    I have had it for over 6 months in some tanks ,and there is no sign of breakdown.

    Hi All,

    I'm able to get Seachem Flourite in Cape Town, there is a choice of the RED, and then there is 2 new ones not yet on there site but it is availlable and they would be DARK (brown) and BLACK.
