Our latest video uploaded to our YouTube channel...taken last night in our Pygmy breeding tank.

Took a while (about 30mins of filming), but eventually we got one of the females and males in the front of the tank so we could film the classic "Cory T-bone"

If you haven't seen how corydoras fertilise their eggs...watch this video.

A receptive female will allow a male to caress her with his barbels, before the pair take up the classic “t-position”, in which the male grasps the females barbels between his pectoral fin and body. He then releases some sperm and it’s thought that this passes through the mouth and gills of the female, being directed towards her pelvic fins

Awesome @Deadpool , so what is the next step in terms of getting them to full term and how long does it take? Your first fry, or first on video?

I've spawned them before, but never really paid much attention to them as I was too occupied with the micros and the apistos.

Only recently got into the idea of filming the fry...so will pay more attention to this batch (also first time I'm taking the eggs from the tank, so will see how that experiment goes)
