    hello everybody,

    I am a new member to APSA. I like my tanks a bit on the bigger side 1,2m and upwards. Years ago I had about 12 tanks all over my house (6feet, 4 feet and some smaller ones).

    I love planted tanks. Also love most fishes (especially cichlids). Of the cichlids I love keyholes and firemouths and deacons in that order (my top 3 cichlids). Too bad I live a bit outside the gauteng area/cape town/durban areas where the bigger and more serious petshops are. (Live in Pietersburg/Polokwane)

    If I could win R130 000 from FNB - a lot of that money would go into my hobby. Still dreaming of having a 6 footer tank again.

    Welcome @theuns ... as JP mentioned...you can order a lot of stuff from the sponsors. I'm new to APSA as well...and already had a good run with a few of the sponsors

    Although...with cichlids your best bet with plants will always be hornwort (speaking of experience with my Oscar tank) :confused3:
