    Melissa, feedback time ;D

Botox has now totally uprooted most of my plants and dug himself 2 huge holes under the logs.... reminds me of a dog somehow ;D He sulks if he doesn't get cucumber every day and even spends about 20 minutes a day zooming around the glass.

The Flash has settled in well, has found himself a crevice in a log and occassionally gives the ghost knife a nudge

My Phantom is beautiful... seems to have got over it's initial shyness and can be found in front of the tank frequently.... and sometimes I even get a glance of my nugget!

    So it's all good :chee

Now that I'm back at work and have access to an ADSL line again... I will post you some more pics

Ok, some more pics.... I've thrown one in of the nugget I got from Nick... shy bugger as you can see ;)

The pic of the flash is the best we have managed to get to date.... little monster lives up to his name and is damn fast when there's a camera aimed at him!

    Anyways, here you are Melissa:

    Hey Kim

Thanx for the updates and the pics :thumb: I'm glad that they are all doing well.

You got a better pic of the flash than I could ever get, most I saw was a tail or a /\/\/\/ flash as he zoomed around.

Melissa, some more of the flash.

My oldest son is celebrating his 21st birthday today (damn I'm feeling old right now) and has claimed Botox as part of his birthday present.... he just adores that fish!

Thanks Tienie, and to think I was adamant to only have a betta and few khuli's in a 38l tank ! This is a BAD addiction ;)

I need a bigger house ... my MTS is uncontrollable. :eyeroll:

I want to put a tank in every nook and cranny. I'm even contemplating putting a small tank in my bathroom! :downloo:

    Hey Kim and everyone

(A newbie here replying to old threads)

So glad to hear that the Gold Nugget is a slow grower. I bought one from Nick as well quite some time ago and he is still the same size: small. I've actually meant to complain to Nick but just never got around to it. Two other plecs I've added recently have doubled in size in probably a third of the time Ive have Goldie. And yes, mine is also quite shy. He used to glyde along the front glass in the evenings but hasn't done that recently. I guess the two new bigger guys scare him a bit.

BTW, from your pics I see you have real plants with your plecs. Is the cucumber and baby marrow enough of a deterent that they dont munch your plants? Or do you keep specific plants that they don't like?

Do you put the cucumber in raw or do you cook it a bit as well?
How many pleco pellets should I give per fish per day? I use the ones that are about the size of a 10c-20c coin.

    Cheers
    Neville
