Congrats! Nothing more beautiful in a planted display tank than a discus or 2 or 3... :D

    yes Mr. Businessman :D LOL.

I am doing som research on the different discus available and which ones I like because I want to convert a current 1.2m planted tank to being only discus & small green neons. Thinking of keeping my ghost knife with them. Still thinking about a bottom feeder for this tank. Anyways, once I made up my mind, I will be contact meneer :) I first want to improve my discus knowledge a bit as well (pretty much sux at the moment)...don't want to go spending more $$$$ on running the risk of not providing for them properly. Thankfully, my water quality is quite clean-'n-stable :)

    Cheers
    Dale

    Hey boo

    All going along gr8 thanks.
I'm slowly building up my discus as I need to get rid of some fish in order to add fish to my tanks....bioload is slightly on the high side in my one tank and I definitely don't want to overcrowd.
I'll go check SAFF for your pics but the one in your current avatar looks awesome mate! :)

    Well done,he looks great.
I prefer to use cardinals with discus.
I find the neons way more disease prone.

    Enjoy

Yeah, these fish have some personality on them hey. I just love watching these guys swimming around and they also stare at me sometimes....too funny :) lol

I should be getting a big tank in some time and that is going a discus-only tank. But that is going to be a lengthy project as I'm going to first get it properly planted (starting off with the Tom Barr way of getting HC established as the carpet). Will also take some lessons from Raymond's tank :D

    Chiao 4 now
