    Good morning,

I'm back, we'll, maybe. I've taken some bit of a sabbatical for a year or two and am now looking to get back into the game.

I'm planning a low light tank with minimal maintenance, as my priorities aren't such that I wish to trim plants once s week etc. . .

With that in mind, I'm looking at a 1200longx450deepx600heigh tank with a sump. I'm wanting to keep Amazon cichlids in the tank, and maybe even discus, we'll see.

I've started doing some research into sumps, but now I'm looking for opinions. Has anyone used a moving bed filter in their sump, and what was your experience?

Where would I find the media in SA etc?

    Any feedback will be appreciated.
