Hi Liaquet. the Cryptocoryne griffithi - seemst be terrestrial plant and not a true sumbmersable. Naturally, only grows in a 10 - 20 cm depth of water.

To quote a source: C. griffithii is a difficult to grow plant and not suited for the standard aquarium.

"pm to order prepay to secure" ... or wait a week!
These and many many more plants will be available at somewhere between half and two thirds of these prices in shops late next week.

They are perfect for a riparium or paludarium though, so I am pretty stoked to be able to get my hands on these plants.

Gerald, again, please stick to your own thread unless you want to buy plants from Liaquat. It's up to the forum members to decide who they would like to buy plants from.

So sorry Ryan I just thought forum members maybe interested in other places to get these plants from.
Although I am not sure where you think I am interfering with forum members choice of where they get their plants,
at no stage have I suggested they cannot buy them from Liarquat.
Actually I'd like to thank him for pointing out that Ceratopteris thalictroides is worth R39 each, as I must have R300,000 worth of it growing in my basement!
Am I allowed to point out here that Cryptocoryne ciliata is black listed?
    :)

thanks for the warning City bowl

if it is blacklisted it shouldn't have been allowed to clear customs, if it was obtained from a local supplier the import blacklist doesn't come into play.

Unfortunately sometimes things are imported that shouldn't be,
for instance not long ago someone was importing Madagascar laceleaf plants without CITES permits.

We'll make an effort to set them aside, I'm sure they'll be ok with Andre until then.

    Cool Cryptocorynes
    REALLY AWESOME Aponogetons
