Where in Cape Town can I get a metal CO2 diffuser and what is the cost?
I'm using an Up Aqua inline which is not diffusing at all and it has been cleaned- been working well for over a year till now.

I got mine form a guy that sold all his tanks and CO2 stuff, dont know if he will make them for you.

You could always pm him and ask him, their are a couple sites which shows you how to make them.

    Very easy.

    Hi boebie

Not sure if you'll get one in Cape Town - but call all the main fish keeping stores and ask. The one Raymond has added a link for is made by a marine Guy - so ask shops that specialise in Marine to maximise your success.

If you want to reduce the hardware inside your tank and do the CO2 diffusion out of sight, I can make a CO2 concentrator for you.

Before I start you will need to let me know what type of filtration you use (canister or sump) and the liters/hour it delivers. I will also need the dimensions of where you want it placed (inside cabinet, out-side) The device needs to stand up-right.

Let me know what you want to do. Turn around time to delivery is +/- 2 weeks
If you want a picture of the device, Trevor Pleco has some pics I'm sure - give him a PM.

I've made and installed 4 in Cape Town - they work very well. I idea is NOT to have any CO2 bubbles anywhere but 100% dissolved into the return water for your aquarium.

He stays in the Freestate, and will probably use a internal sump with a nice strong filter pump.

Ok cool I use a internal sump with your CO2 Reactor and I got no issues :icon_thumright:

Oh yes if you could post a thread with your new creation of your CO2 reactor would be very helpful.

We all dont have your DIY skills :notworthy:

As a last resort you can always use a small size inverted shower head, just google Van der Merwe Plumbing, he will give you a demo and costs..
