    Question , is it neccessary to spend so much on globes wont ordinary globes do or can the globes be sourced from other suppliers

    Fish for breeding(live bearers mouth brooders etc) ;loaches ,my wife likes pretty colourful fish(tiger and green barbs) ;i prefer the uglier bottom feeders; anything that can keep me interested,

    I've never seen my big BN's eating plants and they have never bred either. I know Ryan's bred but I don't think he had any plants in with them so I can't tell you if they do or don't. But they are quite a mission to breed and raise.

    Heh, I learned that the hard way...

    Just give them some Rommaine lettuce or Zucchini to distract them from those oh so juicy Amazon sword leaves that they love so much.    ;D

    I dont know my male prefers the Amazon sword.
    He used to love the cucumber but since hes in a planted tank with a big sword he just ignores the cucumber, lettuce and baby marrow and rather goes for the leaves.
