Hi.I am relatively new to planted aquariums and I've had a planted aquarium for just over a year now.At the moment i have a high tech Juwel Primo 70 that isn't so successful but will get there eventually. That's pretty much it and I'm looking forward to being on the forum.

Hi here are some pics and info about my tank:
    • Juwel Primo 70 ,70L
    • 5kg CO2 with Saga reg and diffuser
    • 1xJuwel Novolux LED 600 lumens 8w
    • 1xNicrew deluxe ADE-400c 1200lumens 18w
    • Juwel Bioflow one and included heater
    • Langa aqua soil
Plants:HM,Monte Carlo,Ammannia gracilis , Rotala colorata [and another type that I'm not sure of ] ,Hygrophila difformis,Hygro coryombrosa,Anubias,Bacopa,S repens, and some others...
The Monte Carlo isn't doing well and is growing vertically, the s repens have basically all melted and there is a lot of hair algae and BBA.Also i have had CO2 for just over a week.
This is my first time posting pics on a forum hope i did it correctly.

Hair algae is generally a flow/circulation issue and BBA usually a CO2 issue. Did you have BBA before you added CO2?

The BBA was there before CO2 and the hair algae started about a week before CO2.I think my flow is quite strong and my plants often uproot,so I'm not sure whats causing it?
