Doubt they will survive the winter frosts if outside, but I'm not from Pretoria

IMO shrimp are a waste in a pond as you can never really see them...

I have a heated pond, with a temp between 20 and 24 degrees, even stayed constant through the winter, i just want to get them as a cleaning crew.

If it keeps that temp you will be fine, not sure about the guppies and SAEs though as they will certainly try and eat the shrimp when introduced and especially their young..
I would certainly introduce better planted cover such as moss and pellia.

Very nice. How much electricity does that end up using, especially in winter?
