Another 50l I’ve been doing is for my baby angels until they big enough for the 4ft.

Decided to go with grassy type plants (please help with plant id) :-[ and some Anubias the Lilly wonder is also growing very fast so it will soon be replaced with some more grass like plants and "Lilly"

Thanks Silikube, still not sure on how it is all going to turn out but the plant are all growing wild and I will have to trim them down soon. Not sure on the grass trimming so any advice very welcome. The Lilly thing has to be moved this weekend as it has have covered the top of the tank now and shooting a leaf per week.

Thanks Phil, the id’s is relly going to assist me a lot as I must be honest when this tank started I did not have a cooking clue what I wanted in end, but I wanted a nice planted tank. ;D

I’ve always been more of a fish person than plants until I got properly introduce to the planted tanks, thank's HR and Abraham. Now I see an empty tank and I want to try something new....LOL! ::)
There are so many inspirational tanks here and helpful people that this tank could only turn into

Your "Lilly wonder" looks more like Mondo grass!

I strongly advise you to get some malaysian trumpet snails in there if you have compost in your substrate. It will vrot and go anaerobic. then you'll have other problems. MTS will sort that out.

Rattail it is looking more and more like a lotus now that the leaves have grown big, (think I may have placed the heading at the wrong photo will go and look now. but as far as I could find out I do have some Mondo grass. There is quite a few Malaysian trumpets in there. :)

Hehe, that's how everyone learn. Then the worst of all is that when we go to buy the plants. Most are in the emersed form, and change entirely once under the water ;D
