@silcyress - they have blyxa in cups at mcmerwe's in cape town, they will probably ship wherever you are fissidens is around, you just need to ask
I collected some local fissidens, most probably fissidens borgneri, in the sand river in woodmead this weekend, so you should do some scouting around east london in the rivers and streams there, I am sure there are loads of untapped mosses lurking in our streams and rivers..
There was a spot that had a patch of fissidens around eight years ago, but the drought we went thru killed it off, i will have to go take a look next week, hopefully its regrown, and if the farmer will let me on the property.
