I've read that they don't touch BBA, But would be ecstatic if they do. Strangely I'm waiting for mine to notice my thread algae forming on my fissidens. Only issue is they aggressive and I'm trying to get my moss to attach and the keep unsettling it all. :(

Most fish/inverts will only eat BBA when it has turned red after spot treatment.

Why is that? Don't they like fresh BBA... hehe.

Would really love a tank full of these amano badboys, but hear that they are notoriously difficult to breed due to them needing brackish water.. any truth in that?

They need full strength sea water. Not brackish.

Their larval stage needs to go to marine water because there is a specific type of algae they need to feed off of. If they don't get that specific type, they die. There are a few guys around the world breeding them, with limited success. Google it.

    Hi All.

Sorry that we haven't been on the forum much the last few weeks.
My Full time day job has been keeping me hectic busy. working 16-18 hour days for the past 2 weeks and still 3 weeks of it minimum.
We will keep everyone in the loop as to what is happening etc.
We have received a new list but timing is bad as the order needs to be in by Friday.
We are trying to put together a small list ourselves for everyone then once they land and quarantined will then confirm what's come in and the quantities.

Good to see you guys are missing us here

    Regards to all

Is there still any chance of credit for the DOA's or is it just a pipe dream?
