Aquatic moss growing in Stellenbosch Botanic Garden

    Hello

    I was in the Stellenbosch Botanic Garden a few days ago and spotted this interesting moss. As you can see from the pictures it grows both emerged and immersed. The photos were taken with my cell phone so the quality isn't amazing but I hope that the pictures are clear enough. Does anybody have any information about this moss.

    Nice looking moss.. It may be java moss.. ask them what it is..

    Looks more like the local species on Fontinalis - Willow moss...
