Hey Guys... Am I the only one who is having a problem viewing some of the pics that are being posted? The most recent one is the one "Is this wood safe for my tank?" There are 2 images attached, but it comes back with 2 blocks with red x's in the corners...? Sorry, I know I'm being a pain, but I'd like to know how to sort these hassles out so I can see what's being posted...
The problem is that the search function only finds precise matches. If you do not know the title precisely, then the search for a specific word is not successful. The search tool does not perform a Boolean search, if I am to be quite exact.
If you simply use the little search bar at the top of the forum you get nothing. If you actually click on "search forums" and enter the search criteria then you get results... Not just a little frustrating.
Free form seems to work for me searched from http://www.apsa.co.za/xenforo/forums/ I am on chrome. What does not work is a search on the members name in the search filed at the top . At least I found the your threads and your posts search on the drop down next to the more... button. As for the title search wild card works OK . Later Ferdie

what do you mean? its already on the forum page. u stalking someone? http://www.apsa.co.za/xenforo/forums/ adding it to every single page is pointless and takes up space. just keep a forum page open and refresh if you are really interested.
Can't update my signature tells me: "Your signature may only have 0 image(s)." Even when I leave my signature empty I get this message.
I have 3620 new posts for the forum. How can I (a) make this go away or (b) actually only show the new posts since last I visited. I'm finding it hard to browse for new threads that I'm interested in as I don't know what is really new and what is just stuck in my "new posts" tab.
A) Hit Mark Forum read - above before, below after BTW this does nothing for the new Media count. B) not really what you are asking for but this almost works for me Short-cut in my browser that opens on http://www.apsa.co.za/xenforo/find-new/posts So workflow would be on before exit hit mark forum as read and then use the find-new posts as your entry point. Maybe tweaking your alert preferences can make it more relevant ? Later Ferdie
