    May I use the opportunity to hijack and point out an oddity I picked up a while back already.
    How does the software count views of the individual threads?

    It states that the voting for the tank of the year thread was visited 22 times and 21 people left a comment. Wow, ... so I must have been the odd one who viewed the thread and did not comment. True I didn't ...and visited the thread a few times to have a look again at these stunning tanks.
    Strangely the number of votes is more than double that of the number of visitors of the thread.

    And on most new threads the number of comments are just 1 short of the number of visits, .... #SoftwareBug. :eek:

    there are some backend jobs we need to run on the forum to update thread counts and caches etc.

    we do not have access to the operating system on our site, so we cannot schedule these automatically, so myself and richard run them on a fairly regular basis, but it can be a week or two in between.

    we have logged a call with our host to get these automated.

    i will run them now quickly, see if the values change..
