1st update since my co2 went haywire... Think this is the best my tank looked in a long time. Still fighting some algae mostly green spot algae....

I think you are correct on ruptured diaphragm, when i open the turn valve i only get a hissing sound from the regulator and it doesn't hold...
The dip tube has been removed, but the regulator has no pressure relieve valve. The pressure must have gone up coz i found the diffuser flouting...
