Order has been restored in my small universe last night ;)
+/- two months ago I bought four shellys from Juan at Loolilocks and housed them in a 37lt temp. tank
while I am tinkering with a permenant setup for them.

So last night I thought that it is time to do some maintenace on the temp. setup like cleaning filters etc. and to my surprise while cleaning the front glass I nocked one shell over, and a few tiny faces peeked out from the shell to see what is going on!
Mother was there in a flash to herd the lot back into theier shell off course. 8)

And now it means that the temp. tank will have to do while the kids grow up

As we keep finding at work here, there's nothing as permanent as a temporary solution :)

What kind of shells have you got for them? Good luck with the fry!

Me and the wife walk past a Crazy store one day and I spotted some shells in a gift basket.
R25 later I put them in the temp. tank and the shellys took to it in a second.
I am not sure where they from but would think Chine again :p as everything else.

My daughter gave me local shells from KZN but the fish did not bother with them at all.
    will post some pics. later

Congrats on the fry man!! Good luck raising them! If you would like to sell them I wouldn't mind buying 2 pairs later on.
