So i have some news to share about @wearsbunnyslippers. WBS has been fairly quiet this year and its due to a better career move to Australia. It is sad to see him go. but he did mention that he will still always have a planted tank and promised to help out here and there on APSA. I met Raymond through APSA around 2009 and we quickly became good friends. Originally, we started an online aquatic plant shop together which later developed into BetterWeather. Raymond and i then inherited APSA from ryan. We bought new forum software and upgraded APSA.. We have been administrators ever since. This year has by far been the busiest for APSAs admin staff. I just wanted to take this opportunity to say thank you WBS for all that you have done for APSA. Your knowledge and admin on the site has contributed greatly to the South African aqusacaping community. Your presence in SA will be missed!! here are some of the inspirational tanks that Raymond has done over the years. I think most of which we can say have inspired us in one way or another: too bad some of your older pics are dead.. fix them pls!! So here's to a bright and wonderful future ahead in Australia! Don't he a stranger on APSA!! Richard
Wishing you the best of luck with you new venture Raymond ! The forum can probably put up with at least one ozzie as this does not mean immediate expulsion, so hopefully you will be in touch in the future. Adieu !
Much was learnt ... thanks for investing the time, energy and always willing to share. Safe travels ... Later Ferdie
Safe travels to the Outback WBS, and thanks for all the inspiration and knowledge you have shared over the years on APSA! All of the best for you in your new venture! Stay in touch! Nate
All the best my friend...you were one of the first aquascapers I met back in 2009. We are losing one of the 'greats' You are a gentleman and a scholar....take care bud.
Wishing you all the best for the new venture. Let us know about any new cool plants available in the land down under.
Farewell ? Why? WBS will not be out of this world . . . just a few key tabs and he'll be on line! But I agree with SilverMoonDragon: Enjoy Aus. Stay Springbok.
yes agree why the epitaph, APSA IMO is in desperate need of more foreign based exposure and input, so great to hear from Tyrone from time to time..
Have a great time and thanks for all the phenominal info shared to us and inspiration from your fantastic tanks. Fare thee well
