Sandblasted Grapevines for sale - 50cm and longer @ R100 each

I have six or seven pieces of sandblasted dry grapevine for sale, will post pictures later on.

All over 50cm long, with intricate details.

R100 each, irrespective of size.

Collection only, in Cape Town.

I got a post office near me, so I could go have a quote, but these things (hardscape) one is best to see them, as pictures and videos are never the same as picking them up.

Wow these are awesome pieces, it is a pity it woulc probably cost R500 to get it sent via courier

 

Near my folks' house is a place where you can find thick vine stems and take them home. Ground is more or less "regulated" by the Tygerberg Mountain Bike club but sometimes D'Aria clear out of vineyards with chainsaws and this stuff is lying around there rotting away. Waiting for someone to sandblast them a bit

South west from where it says D'Aria, at the top of that hill next to the fence and on the west side of the substation. I used to run there when I still lived in that area:



Access is via Oude Westhof (the suburb), up along Van Riebeeckshof etc.

Not trying to chase away customers Luis Maybe you should head there yourself and grab a few stems. They're serving no purpose lying there

No, no issue at all.. we need to share these sort of stuff..

There is a lot of hardscape here in the country.. we just got to keep our eyes open..

 

yeah, not a bad idea..

I will buy today a bucket and put them in water, to soak a bit.. just to see if there are any tanins to get out.. never used vine.

 

Yeah, the pieces are nice.. the couriers can be expensive, that is the only issue, and why I put it for collection only.

 

when you are further south again please bring some pieces with you..

I live in the vineyards of Klein Constantia so not shortage here of potential...

I got them into a bucket to soak up, they are floating at the moment, but should soon sink in.
