    The Centurion Mafia got together again today...
    (@Deadpool , @Ivan , @Williamh , @jakkalsbothma )

    And boy did we kuier!!!!
    It turned into our own little "swop meet" with plants, hardscape, equipment and all kind of other nice goodies flying back and forth!

    Was good getting together for a change, dankie Manne!!!

    Basically any hardwood, someone mentioned that if you can press your fingernail in then it's too soft. Pine should he avoided

    Scrub any bark off, boil it then soak for a few days. Boiling will kill any pathogens

    I got the wood in the bush, game farm in the eastern cape.
    Soaked it in my pool for 2 weeks, then in the tub with dechlor for another week, blasted it with a pressure washer and then in the tank...

    Soft wood should be avoided preferably.

    So, there it is, not much has changed other than the buces that I added over the weekend.

    Brownie Firebird
    Cherish
    Black Lizard
    Red scorpion
    Brownie Ghost
    Catherine
    Red Cerberus
    Brownie Blue
    Catherine green purple
    Brownie Brown
    Belindae
    Catherine Red
    Achilles Black
    Kir Royale
    Catherine mini
    Brownie Phantom

    The two L number plecs are really enjoying the wood and I can see how the chew off slithers of bark as is accumulates on the white play sand.
    The Arum Lilly has made new leaves and is pushing out new healthy roots.

    The papyrus plant is also shooting out new stems.
    The creeping Thyme I hot on top of the wood on the right is growing nicely with a lot of new leaves.
