Quick update.

5 days in. Looking good so far.

Plants have started to recover nicely. Showing some growth.

My wife thinks I'm mad. I grab a beer, pull up a chair and stare at my tank. Haha!

Cheers M.

Sent from my SM-G920F using Tapatalk Sent from my SM-G920F using Tapatalk
Don't worry bud. I do the same and my son sometimes joins me. We sit for a long time watching the tank and fish. Bonding time.... Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
Lmao you should ask @tapwater how I stared into his tank and I sit in front of my cube - it's so mesmerising, can't wait for it to grow in a bit.
Hi all. Any idea what this is? Came home and it's all over the plants and tank. It's slimy and gross... Sent from my SM-G920F using Tapatalk
Hehe no fish yet. Tank is still cycling. I have read up on it that it's a bacterial bloom due to the Seachem Stability. Heterotrophs apparently growing faster than autotrophs. Will keep an eye out on the situation. Any comments or suggestions would be appreciated... Cheers Sent from my SM-G920F using Tapatalk
Update: Hi all. This Friday will be 2 weeks in. Plants are all looking healthy other than the MU. Leaves are quite translucent on most of them. There is new growth on some of them so I'm thinking they are just recovering very slowly. The Cabomba and Tripartita are thriving. The Rotala green is interestingly shooting roots from all the stems. Any ideas what could be causing this? The last set of plants arrive today. HC Hairgrass Ludwigia Rubin Alternanthera Reineckii Rosaefolia And some others. I have introduced some livestock which I will snap after some new planting and the water change. Dosing excel daily at recommended amounts and flourish weekly at recommended amounts. Catch up later.
