    Hi guys I want to give my fishy to a good home seeing that he is eating my plants and will outgrow my tank later (didn't know how big he gets at the time of purchase). [​IMG][​IMG]

    I am in the East Rand area . He is really cute!

    They will usually give you half of what he is worth they do eat green algae like there is no tomorrow but they also poop as if there is no tomorrow.

    You could maybe try and swop her for something like a molly or something similar mollies also eat some types of algae and are vegetarians they will leave your plants alone for the most part according to the world wide web.

    Best is bristle nose pleco, they stay small and will mostly not harm your plants if you are looking for a pleco

    Why not go for a veil tail ancistrus? I love the one in my GF's Smurf Tank...looks elegant when it swims (and not sticking like crap onto my coconuts)

    Methinks that is one of those Capey Trevor Pleco Veiltail Ancistrus making it's insidious way to our Gauteng waters... Trev might be on a bit of a fishy sabatical - but his fishies are EVERYWHERE...lol :evil6:

    Think they where either R44 or R59 if i remember correctly...was there this weekend, but didn't pay too much attention to the fish while I was scavenging for wood...
