Crypt with long stems and leaf on the end? have you seen it?

Hi...
I have a plant that I thought it was a crypt, it just turned out on my tank after I started to dose EI.
It has three long stems with a single leaf on the end, each stem is now close to 50cm.
Have you seen anything like it?
What sort of plant is this?
The stems grow very fast, in two days they reach the top of the tank, and the leaf sits on top.
Any help is appreciated.

Thanks Andre,
You may be spot on. I had a search and the leaves does look like Aponogeton.
If it is Aponogeton, the plants grow quite fast. I really don't know how it got into my tank, probably as a seed, or with the the substrate.
The leaves do look like these ones..

Thanks Andre,
The beauty is that there seems to be more of these that were dormant on the tank, I got another two stems coming out. The use of EI must have woken them out. I am rescaping at the moment, so I am not sure if I leave them where they are or move them to a location on the tank where they get more light, where they can grow.
Will take more pictures as they grow. It is a very interesting plant, as it has submerged and floating leaves.

The plant now has a flower on a petiole popping out of the tank, will take some pics and post them.. Never had a flower on my tanks, so I am pretty excited about it.
